The ones I play on the pad are present if you click on the keyboard in the editor, but the ones which aren't mapped don't even seem to register if you hit the key in the editor.

Well, in Cubase, when I tried it the other night, it seems like something about the way AD2 is mapped (I have a custom map) is causing the MIDI editor not to have all the notes present and accounted for in terms of mapping to sounds. Thereafter, I could move notes to different notes for the different sounds (say I wanted to move something to a different version of a cymbal, or add a cymbal, etc.).
